Feedback from Past Participants

If you have ever talked with a student or parent who has been involved in Canton Connections you will most likely have heard an abundance of wonderful things about the program – from the fabulous Director Caryn Turek to the countless activities, community service projects, help with tutoring, and even how the students made such great friends.

Canton Connections is blessed to have such wonderful families involved in the program, as well as a waiting list of teen mentors who want to return to the program after having gone through as a student during their years at Cherry Brook Primary School.

Throughout the years, Canton Connections has also received many kind words in cards in notes, and these are just a few we’d like to share:

“I just wanted to write to you to tell you that I truly treasure the time I spent at Canton Connections as a student and eventually as a volunteer. Canton Connections allowed me to be creative and express myself when I was in grade school. I am so happy that I got the opportunity to come back and watch other children experience that.”

“It has been a pleasure to work together! Volunteering at Canton Connections has been a wonderful and joyful experience for me, and I look forward to returning in the Fall for more fun times!”
